  Castle displays pilfered :(
 
For those of you who heard about the incidents in the castle room where items on the displays were stolen, I thought I would update on a related incident. Someone took one of my farm chickens, also - I was unpacking today and noticed one missing - (...) (20 years ago, 18-Aug-04, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.castle)

i gotta say, brickfest was an awesome experience and i'll definitely be back! so here's my take... after a rocky start.. having to take a bus to dc, then a cab..which ultimately cost me more than my bus fare, i walk into the doors at GMU to a line (...) (...) go to Classic-Castle.com and click on "City" - the 3CS system is the Classic Castle City Standard, and it is how Castlers make large displays together. Brick Fest 2004 Arlington Va. August 13-15. I set the camera at low res to capture as many images as I could. I missed taking photos of some creations. There was just so much to do and see. Awesome. That's the only word I can use to describe last weekend. Brickfest 2004 was the first LEGO festival of any sort I've attended but let me tell you it will not be my last!
