Can we please stop with the 'another example of Lego's problems' already. "Oh
my newly purchased Lego set had the instructions folded wrong! Just another
example of Lego's problems!"
If you (general you, not directed at poster specifically) doesn't appreciate
something that TLC did, then say that--"I didn't appreciate the hook! Maybe TLC
should reconsider using this other hook instead--in my opinion it would make a
better set overall for these specific reasons"
You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. If someone started with "Oh,
another one of your problems is this!!" I'll tune you right out. "What? You
said something??" (or do my Bobby DeN imitation--"You talkin' ta me?? There's
no one else here... you must be talkin' ta me...")
Anyway, when asking for something, it's usually better to phrase it as a polite
request than in an accusatory manner.
But that's my humble opinion.
