Disagree. LEGO used to do a lot more minifig packs. Town, Space,
Castle, Pirates, there was even a Wild West mfp. They've only recently
started doing fewer of them.
I'm guessing mfp's are not big sellers. They may be popular among the
True Believers, but not enough to be a big deal in total sales.
I also have the feeling that doing intensive amounts of mfp's is not a
viable option. To much product with a low sales volume.
Instead of increased mfp's, I'm hoping LEGO Direct will offer bulk
purchases of individual minifigs. *That* would be awesome!
A special case might be made for minifigs which are *not* included in
regular sets. It might make some sense to have an Imperials pack, where
the minifigs are things like TIE Pilots, Stormtroopers, etc., and do not
appear in any of the normal kits.

| Greetings all, Here's an idea who's time is definitely overdue. With the reintroduction of Castle and the long-unseen and much-coveted maiden's cap returning in black, it's clear that every theme or sub-theme that TLG produces would profit greatly (...)
