OK, this is my bad. Let me explain:
The *mininum* amount of time it will take by air is four days. The
*minimum* amount by sea is a week. But, by not updating what's going on
with your group of guys, through emailing castle_world@hotmail.com and/or
posting to Lugnet, we assume you're still traveling. I guess I'll lay out
the next steps for everyone:
1. After your travel time, you say "I landed on X spot on the island", where
X is an uncovered square. It has coordinates. That is your location. You
pick this, not us. That's when we say "you are now here". The only
condition is that the mist has to have backed away from it.
2. Do your thing. Write ballads, explore, post stories and updates. You
(collective, not Brian) don't think you're just gonna land and be met with a
welcoming commitee, do you? This is, by all accounts, and uninhabited
island, sans critters. They have not yet been revealed, as they don't live
right on that coordinate square. The story guides decide where their
creature will start interacting with people at, and until you get there (by
allowing the mist to clear, you can't go into it), you won't see them.
3. Keep in mind this is not a short term project. There won't be a lot to
do until more of the map is revealed. But, the portions that are revealed
are by no means small. The entire map is roughly the realworld size of
Australia.
