Size doesn't always matter :)

1 5x6 red tudor castle wall (the only one in red ever)
2 3x3 red tudor castle corners (the only tudor castle corners ever in any color)

Yep. One of the 3 red maiden's hats, not to mention the 'pearl necklace' torso.

A little black, silver, & gold 'tavern' sign (no writing, which is both
universal and more accurate)-- the only one of its kind :)

Otherwise, it's mostly just got appeal. The only other 'pieces' of note are
the abundance of black 45 degree slopes, which are mildly rare among castle
sets (also seen in abundance in 6074).
But it's appeal is:
- It's a well designed, medium-sized set.
- It's more "day-in-the-life" rather than a castle, which makes it a rarity
among castle sets. Not very 'action' oriented.
- It was never sold in stores in the US, only in catalogs, which makes it more
of a rare find.
That's about it for me, I think...
