  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) Then again, maybe I'm just saying that because I don't have enough armor and helmets to go around. I have way more skeletons than I have castle troops, so I'd quite quickly run out of gear. I can see both of our points. Maybe next time my (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) I like my skellies with some kind of paraphenalia (ooo, where's my dictionary), too. Helmets and armor (samurai to give it an exotic look). The mummy headdresses are a favorite of mine - I snag a few of these during parts auctions. Anyway, I'm (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) I'm gonna have to go with Andrew on this one. I like the idea of helmets and armor on a skeleton army, especially if it's a bunch of different types. I think it gives them an eerie connection to who or what they were before being killed and (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) I had a skeleton army do battle against a bunch of dragons in one of my BrikWars campaigns (www.brickfrenzy.com...0_1.html). They were armed only with magical bows (no quivers, I didn't have enough) since they were fighting dragons. Nothing (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

(...) seeing (...) Hehe, yeah, same here. Mine will get swords, halberds, spears, the works. I plan to give them all helmets.. I may need to order more accessory packs though, since I only have 15 on the way (plus 24 skeletons from another source on (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) Well I'm glad my teasers weren't a total waste of space after all. (...) Me either ;) It'll be awhile though, I'm away from my castle and my legos, so all I can do is write stories, which is easy enough I suppose. (...) I could have done (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) Are you kidding? I loved 'em! (...) All the pictures look very crisp and clear. The bios are great too, and I can't wait to see them all worked into your story. (...) Super cool! I love reading stories, especially ones with nice computer (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) My Necromancer has an army of undead skeletons, but he does not like to waste money on armor for them. He says it spoils the scare factor of seeing a undead figure. He'll most likely supply them with spears, not much else. I just wish LEGO (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: skeleton warriors

(...) + (...) That's cool. I'm putting together an undead army too. Within the next week I plan to have about 60 skeletons with helmets and weapons put together. I'll put up some pics when I have all the parts here. :) -- -Bones- = (URL) = (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

Oh dude, knock it off! You're making the rest of us look bad! Just kidding! The new stuff is brilliant as usual, not to mention inspiring. Thanks! (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

suggestion (was "Re: The wait is over, no more teasers")

(...) Suggestion: Segregate the images (and only the images), thus freeing up space. Here's how... Relocate/move all of your _images_ to an account at the Gallery of Kevin Loch's BrickShelf, and modify your HTML code of your _pages_ at GeoCities to (...)   Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) that's (...) One other word on this one. Because I am TOTALLY out of room on my geocities account (corincia takes up a lot of space, physically, metaphysicaly and digitally), I'm not going to be able to make any more illustrated stories until (...)   Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) Wow! I bookmarked this, it's pretty amazing. It's nice to see how you blended in red and other colors than grey, and it inspires me to make a castle setting with my small cache of gray. George (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) Yeah, I liked it too :) My roommate made fun of it, but what does he know. (...) Yes, written before, staged after. There may be some inconsitencies, if that's why you're asking. I wrote the Battle at the River Laquos before I had really (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) <snipped> (...) Anthony - Simply excellent. Your images for the story were well placed and very descriptive of the action taking place. I LOVE the sequential pics of Tundrock making the sweep with his hammer. That just made me grin, picturing (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

(...) Very nice! I love your story - it's full of detail and has greeeeeat pictures :) They really add a lot to the story. I see you now made a BAC (Big Butt Castle) and can join the BAC club ;) Well done. -- Pawel (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The wait is over, no more teasers

<snip> (...) character bios are great, and the way you used otherwise...useless...minifig pieces to create such cool figs is beyone me. (for example, tools used for staff and Scout/Stormtrooper torso) As for the structures, Halcyon Castle and (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jan-01, to lugnet.castle)
