I am actually struggling with this now. "Just what elements DOES a legoman
carry?"

Well, I've narrowed down the options to the following:

1.) A backpacker - using a brown Imperial (pirates) back-pack. Maybe he's in
town gathering supplies...

2.) A water-bucket back-pack. Same thing as above. Maybe he's just getting
water.

3.) I've made a little cart that holds two barrels, and it's just small
enough to not look to silly. I have a few guys pushing those around.

I agree to all the above.

4.) A couple guys with a rake.

You mean the pitchforks? (or is there a rake I'm oblivious of?)

5.) I've decided spears, axes, and larger weapons look to... awkward. But
there are a few guys who have horses, and they leave their weapons attached
to the saddle. then walk around with nothing

Hm. I had a thought that some peasants might be leading a horse, not riding
but leading one. Not that I know how that'd work... I saw we need some mules,
to carry supplies! That would be so cool!

6.) Crossbows: I've decided these are ok. Bow & arrows aren't.

Why aren't bows and arrows OK? I'd think they're easier to handle than a
crossbow, not to mention that a lot of peasants knew how to handle them
(doesn't mean they're any good at it ;-)

(...) Only gripe I've got with a bow and arrow is that there's always an arrow nocked and drawn. Peasants may have known how to use a bow and arrow, but they generally didn't wander through town with an arrow ready to let fly. :) I'd like to see (...) (25 years ago, 5-May-00, to lugnet.castle)
