Hi all-
After my first castle MOC, I have the urge to build a town. the problem is, I
dont know what it should contain. Could any one direct me to a site with plenty
of lego castle village pics? i need some Ideas as to what to build. I already
know ill build a blacksmith shop and a bakery, but thats it. (I'm thinking that
the village will be around the same size as my castle, four baseplates large
with a wall around the perimeter. Is tan or green a better color for a village?
I have lots of tan half plates from Ft. Legoredo and other west sets.
Also , what is the best way to store legos? in one large bucket or what.
Will b.
P.S. to all you digital camera-less. there is hope! at most photo developing
places you can get a picture CD instead of photo prints. You just pop the CD
into your computer and Presto, you can upload them to bricklink. It costs about
$5 extra, but, in my case, if you have no Digital camera, Its you're best bet.
Thats how I got my pictures of my castle online.
Will B.

(...) As others have said, a tavern, a church, a market would all be good. Some garden plots, livestock (see, for instance, a herd of sheep in Dave Eaton's village cited by Anthony Sava in this thread), a barn, a stable. All of these would focus on (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.castle)
