| | Introducing RACHAL - the Raytracing Challenge
Hi all, If you keep an eye on new articles on LDraw.org you may have noticed two new ones with the title RACHAL. Well, we haven't got a replicant working for us but we are relaunching my old raytracing challenges as part of LDraw.org. (URL) brief (...) (...) That sounds great. I've been wanting to do instructions of some of my mecha but never got around to it. I'm really curious to see how yours turn out. Best of luck! (URL) Mladen Pejic> (18 years ago, 20-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.ray, FTX)

(...) I'm doing more than just rendering you work. I actually put together the Crab tanks and the White Rabbit mech. | | Error: Cheap focal blur tutorial

Sorry about this. I found an error in Section 2 of the tutorial. In order to use the above file we must convert our blanked version of the model to povray (do not use LGEO) and then, in the line after should be: In order to use the above file we (...) Hi all, I discovered a really neat trick with POVray and GIMP yesterday that I thought might be of interest to other CADders so I've written the below tutorial. Hi all, After lurking for more than six years, this is my very first post here. I'm watching the rendering competition very closely and I really think this is an outstanding effort! Posted on behalf of Zach Best Hi, this is another entry for Tim Gould's Disco Remix Challenge: (URL) The title 55 Disco was named so because there are 55 lights in this scene. Hi, this is one entry for Tim Goulds Disco Remix Challenge: (2 URLs) The title Doomed Disco is not caused by the skeleton on the picture (which meaning I do not understand :-(... ), it is the result of the fact, that everything I have tried new to (...) (...) mklist won't change any files. You do not need to manually edit the header. The mere fact that 3429 is found in the PARTS folder is enough to recognize it as a part. Just to be sure: you run L3P on Space_fork_lift.ldr and not on (...) (18 years ago, 25-Sep-06, to lugnet.people.newbie, lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Actually I've already moved the part to the PARTS folder and re run mklist.exe (I think that's what the name is) to regenerate the parts list. Needlesss to say, this didn't resolve the problem. Do I need to manually remove the "Unofficial (...) (18 years ago, 25-Sep-06, to lugnet.people.newbie, lugnet.cad.ray)
