Hi,
tankx for this offer but I'll wait for the next official update because
meanwhile I found another (maybe unusual) way to move pieces in very fine steps:
If a new piece is inserted and the "Angle Snap Toggle" button is not locked,
shift +arrow works like ctrl +arrow in older versions. If the button is locked,
shift +arrow works normal (rotate).
This funny function only works when the new inserted piece is still selected.
(I normaly use the fine step moving only when I have inserted a new piece and
want to bring it to its exact position.)
When an "old" piece is selected this workaround doesn't work.
Fine step moving also works always with the mouse when "3D Snap Toggle" is not
locked.
So everything I need works or there is a workaround.
While working with the new version for more than 4 hours now, I found some great
new features, like cool infos in the status bar, better working of moving pieces
with the mouse (still a little tricky when a new piece is inserted but in many
cases very useful) and I like the new pieces tree with the search function.
Greetings Ronald
