A couple more, with some overlap.
- Add a checkbox to the submit & review pages, to flag an item as needing admin
attention.
- Add a function to send email to other PT users, without exposing other users
addresses. Need this both as a stand alone page (like a general webmail page, but
the "To" field can only be PT users) and as links on the part detail pages. For
admins, include a "send to all PT users" option.
- Paginate the ptlist; 20-100 parts listed per page.
- Make a filterable version of the ptlist.
