I'll start out with items that have been brought up recently:

- In the Queue, don't list files I've already reviewed.

This would be good, as long as it *does* show them when the file has been
resubmitted and the votes deleted.

- Provide a checkbox on the file submission page for authors to choose either "feel
free to make fixes to this file" or "please let me know if you find problems with
this file".

I like this one.

- Change the file status calculation, so that files go into "has uncertified
subfiles" status only after they have enough votes for admin review.

I like this too.

- Hide the certified and admin-review files from the parts list page (with an option
to show them).  Or move them to the bottom of the list, with 'hold' files.

I think if anything, this should *show* them by default, with the option to
*hide* them.  That is for all the non-author/reviewers out there, who just want
to use the parts tracker to look for unofficial files.  Hiding by default would
confuse the h*ll out of them.

In addition, I'd like to see more detail included in the parts tracker updates
e-mail.  Mostly, I'd like it to include the file title, and a picture of the
part.  Additionally, it would be nice to include any comments that were
submitted with the vote.

(...) What changes/improvements would anyone like to see on the PT to make it easier to slog through the 1500 files currently out there? I'm open to any ideas at this point - reiterate old ideas, bring up new ones. But think about what pages, (...) (21 years ago, 11-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
