I like this too.

I think if anything, this should *show* them by default, with the option to
*hide* them. That is for all the non-author/reviewers out there, who just want
to use the parts tracker to look for unofficial files. Hiding by default would
confuse the h*ll out of them.
In addition, I'd like to see more detail included in the parts tracker updates
e-mail. Mostly, I'd like it to include the file title, and a picture of the
part. Additionally, it would be nice to include any comments that were
submitted with the vote.
