I know I eventually wanted to reformat the whole site that way, but was
going to do it piece at a time. So, feel free.

Everything else on this page probably belongs in either "Part Authoring" or
"Specifications".

I didn't see anything that seemed to belong under authoring -- lots of
stuff that's clearly specification, some stuff that's gray area between
specs and PT.  Maybe the File Types FAQ would go under authoring.

BTW, I'm not really keen on putting FAQ-formatted pages in specs.

You can break down the /reference/faq/ page into categories... would that work?
