It should probably go under specs/ - there's a category on the page called
Project Standards. Would it fit there? You can feel free to create another
section under specs/ or another directory under reference/ if it really
won't fit there.

I don't think it would be easy for newbies to find under "Specifications" - so I'd rather see a new "Part Authoring" link on (URL) we create a new subdirectory "/authoring", are (...) (22 years ago, 30-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
