| | Re: Dimensions of the parts
| (...) I know the function you want; I've used it on InterGraph workstations in my high school job. It knew how to handle stright lines as well as arcs and other elliptical segments, as well as Bezier loops and other exotic stuff. For LDraw purposes, (...) | | Re: fixed part: JW's parts
| (...) sorry roy, but i have to disagree with you here... take a look at the 1x2 tile (3068)... simple, elegant, and as far as i'm concerned (especially after i went back and personally put in the bottom groove) it is *perfect*.. true, there isn't (...) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

| | Re: Lego CAD for Mac?
| How do you get JLDraw to display something? I can get it to start up in IE 4, or in the Apple Applet Runner, but what URLs should I use? What should be in the 'LDraw Root' field and what should be in the 'Part Name' field? Rob ---...--- (...) (26 years ago, 13-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

| | Txt2Dat, utility to convert text to LDraw
| I've created a small utility program (and supporting DAT files) to create LDraw displays from text messages. It's currently very limited; it only handles numbers, letters, and some whitespace. To check it out, go to my page at (URL) and follow the (...) (25 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad)

| i am listening to the group. i will do everything i can to accually get some lego to work from. at the monent i have a bag of lego (not mine) that i am looking at, but all the parts that guy had that were not in ldraw are too hard IMHO to model e.g. (...) | (...) Yeah... (...) Good thought, but ldraw.org is not going to have a splash page like is up there now. When it goes live, the main page with all the info will be displayed. something like that would be more suited for a splash page. So I'm looking (...)
