  Re: Organizing the LDraw CD-ROM

Hey tim, would it be possible to include samples of .dats and POV rendered files on the cd? If so, I have nearly finished my .dat of 8448 - V8 Supercar MkII. All I need is the wheels, so it should be finished when they are. Will you accept samples (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: License Intent

(...) I can't see the reason for this. Why shouldn't any user of the parts files have the same rights as LDraw.org? What special permissions does LDraw.org need, which it would be problematic to grant to all the users? Play well, Jacob (20 years ago, 25-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw) !

  Re: Another license draft

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to this -- I've been too busy to really dig into it. Overall, I think this is a decent *redistribution* license. It does not address: 1. The agreement(s) between the contributors and ldraw.org. 2. The fact (...) (24 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) FYI, I just tried it and recieved a file not found error for the installer files. Also could you post the latest complete.exe on that page. The link there points to the LDRAW site. Thanks Jimmy (22 years ago, 9-Apr-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Proposed new meta-command: !STANDALONE_LDR

I'd like to propose the creation of a new meta-command. It is as follows: 0 !STANDALONE_LDR The zero at the beginning of this command MUST be the first byte of the model file.   Bugs in LDraw Design Pad Version 1.5

Having used version 1.5 for a couple of days now, I noticed a few things: * Find does not work. * Ctrl + arrowskeys ignores spaces between values (while it was so useful to jump through the numbers....) And a few minor things: * Find and Replace (...) (21 years ago, 19-Oct-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)
