Both l2p and l3p have their advantages depending on the goal of the user. l3p is great if you want a rendered version of a model, no matter the parts. l2p is great if you want a more detailed/smooth render and the parts are available. (...) If you mean 2429/2430, it's already centered! If you mean 4275/4276, you can use the method outlined in my LDraw Tutorial, using light.dat as a place-holder for the origin (0,0,0).   LDLITE and Door Part Problems- Sorry so big  [DAT]
 
This is for anyone who is experienced with LDLITE: I have submitted 2 door parts 2400 and 6105 to Terry for the next vote.
