Yes, but according to my, possibly unreliable recollection, those parts where
rejected or withdrawn before voting (during submission time), or as a result
of the discussion, but not as a result of a actual vote.
And regardless why, like you've said it was just that single time, only
because the parts had obvious errors, even when seen in standard view.
