There's not one yet, but I've been thinking more about putting one
together. I think having such a document will more important in the very
near future...

Besides the sources you mention, I've also got write-ups on
placement/orientation "rules" and the CATEGORY/KEYWORDS "faq" that was
posted a few weeks ago.
