  Problem with BFC  [DAT]

Hi everyone, I'm working correct a part i made before to make it BFC compatible. But i have a problem. The part is the Motorcycle tyre 81.6x15, also available in the Mindstorms set. To do this part, i've made a subfile, wich i reuse 48 times to get (...) (24 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Comments on parts up for vote- Pt 2

(...) Oops, I ment to enquire how to do them, but forgot:) As my system is in a total mess at the time, I'm not able to make the corrections, if anyone else want to, it's fine by me, otherwise it'll have to wait until I get something running here. I posted an updated TFA11 to (URL). Geez, I wish I could follow hyperlinks within my newsreader. There are some mistakes in the part, but the posting was mostly to look at how the main file was constructed, not the subfile details. (...) OK, I made (...) Sure, I know. But that is what I use now. What I would like is a tool that can directly export Illustrator format or postscript, for that matter, from LDraw in 3D! Thus my story on MLCad (I hope ML reads this) that is allready printing in vector or (...) (24 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Creating vector graphic files

Hi all! I posted this question on the 10th of December 1999 and had no reaction since, but I cannot imagine no one is interested in this... so here I go again, because I think this is one thing we must study! I would do it myself, but since I am no (...) (24 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) It would probably be good enough to keep the "tip" in one, non-bendable part. Sure, I can think of situations where one would put only the outer part of the tip into something, causing the other part to bend. But that would probably be quite (...) (...) I'm not positive, but I think the R2-D2 may be part of a larger class of Astromech droids. (Not all R2 units have hemispherical heads like R2-D2.) C-3PO (and TC-14) are Protocol Droids, IIRC.
