Looks good. You chose a relativle simple part for your first, unlike me:

1. Parts 41855 and 47457 have 4 pairs of 1 LDU ridges/clips opposite on each
corner. s41855s01 does not represent them. Should it? Is there a specific
primitive or do I use a cuboid to represent these ridges/clips in 47457?

Dont worry about those. Theyre non-funtional and insignificant
|
3. MORE IMPORTANTLY, how to I get a good measurement on the inside curve? My
calipers wire tail is not pointed so I had to guess by adding 1 LDU.

Guessing is fine as long as youre not too far off.
