This part has a bad history. Originally 122.dat was used for the combo part of
the base and the wheels. To maintain backward compatibility when this was
changed to 122c01.dat, 122.dat became a "~Moved to" file. So now we cannot go
back and use 122.dat for the wheel-holder alone, without breaking the backward
compatibility. So now 422.dat is the wheel-holder and 20.dat the wheels/axle.
This allows us (and power users) to make combo files with hard colours.
The presence of the "_" at the front of the part title, is to avoid this
appearing in the parts lists as a true part. As far as I am aware, this was
always issued as a composite with the wheels so should not be selectable in an
authoring application.

I was not aware that this has appeared in Gold. I'll delete the CMDLINE.
