(...) i'm currently using paul's small 30211-small insectoid leg, his near-finished 30209-eyeball holder and even the mockup for the 30212-large insectoid leg. i don't remember having any problems with the parts but i used steve's ldraw add-on (...)   Re: Problem with unofficial parts?  [DAT]

(...) I could be misremembering or just mistaken, but I believe the problem is with the extra spaces around the filename on subfile references. LEdit cannot handle *editing* lines like: 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 somepart.dat But it should not (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Problem with unofficial parts?

(...) Sorry about the spaces left in the file. I was not aware that they caused a problem. I will try to remember to compact the file first with LDAO before I place them for download. I do not use LDraw at all. I never got past the error messages (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Special cone wanted!  [DAT]

Re: [Part] 3836.dat - Minifig Tool Broom

(...) How about Minifig Tool Pushbroom? There is at least one other broom part out there, so we might as well be specific now. (...) I think the vertical positioning is best, to make it easy to place the broom into a minifig hand. But I would rotate (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [Part] 3836.dat - Minifig Tool Broom

(...) I think so. Most minifig tools appear to be oriented vertically, so it looks like your part is consistent with the library. I also agree with the name you chose. Fredrik (24 years ago, 19-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [Part] 3836.dat - Minifig Tool Broom

[Part] 3836.dat - Minifig Tool Broom  [DAT]

Dear part authors, I attach the '3836.dat - Minifig Tool Broom' part for review and comments. Questions and requests for comment: 1. Is the naming acceptable? 2.   Special cone wanted!

Hello! I'm looking for a LDraw part that from my point of knowledge exists only in one trainset (here the 725 train set. Look at the white cone of the third car). It is a cone with a 4x4 base 3 high with 1 stud at the top. I did not find this part (...) (24 years ago, 18-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Problem with unofficial parts?

  Problem with unofficial parts?

I just downloaded some parts off of Paul Easter's pages that were classified as "nearly complete" (30201 and 30209). They look good rendered in LDlite, but When I tried to build a model with them, they would not show up in LEdit. I then tried (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
