I'd like to have this part, too (I'm trying to model set #358 "Rocket Base" right now,
where it is used as rocket nose cone). But alas, I have already placed 2 "Wanted"
entries on part tracker, so I would be content with a mock-up also.
How remote is the possibility of you turning the mock-up into a full fledged part?
