The '.' / ',' issue has been fixed. And beta 2 (in about 2 weeks) will
have a more controlable use of l3p (manual parameter adjusting).

Try activating the DOS windows and press some key.

LD4DModeler should BTW specify -stdout as the very first option, see

This will ease the interception of L3P's output.
In the next version I will also let this option skip the pause.
