John, I have NOT played with this new toy yet. I will over the weekend and
should have a new tutorial on it soon. You might want to email Kai
Brodersen about how to export the file to POV.
From my understand of the website.
terrain import/export - Terragen can import and export raw heightfield
information in 8-bit greyscale (and soon 16-bit). Possible uses include the
construction of terrains from externally created pictures. Terragen can also
save terrains as Lightwave LWO files, and files compatible with the 'Import
Binary' feature in VistaPro.
I take it that you export the scene file as a Lightwave file. If this is
the case you will need to also grab the 3DWIN4 from here:
http://www.ldraw.org/download/win/3dwin
This program will convert the LIGHTWAVE file into POV. After that it's a
matter of cut and paste into your POV model file. I promise to within the
next 3 weeks get a tutorial on this out.

| (...) Sorry, but I don't know what to do after that. I sent all the resulting inc files to the include folder, but when I render, the render window is all black. Now what? John Kruer (23 years ago, 22-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad)
