I managed to make one .pdf file for each page. But I just don't have the correct
software to make one big .pdf file.
Anyone managed to make one file?

| (...) I manage to do so (using PDFcreator after some html edition), it will be available during a limited time (at least 30 days, retriggered by each download) here: (URL) file is about 5Mb Anybody can pick up the file and give it a better hosting! (...) (14 years ago, 4-May-11, to lugnet.cad)
