     Thank you very much.Is it possible to get a .pdf version for viewing offline (my main computer that I use for serious work does not have access to the internet)? I think I am not the only one with this wish. Saso (14 years ago, 1-May-11, to lugnet.cad)

I manage to do so (using PDFcreator after some html edition), it will be available during a limited time (at least 30 days, retriggered by each download) here: (URL) file is about 5Mb Anybody can pick up the file and give it a better hosting!        Be aware that the site content is subjected to change and this PDF will not long (...) Thanks to all! Mine .pdf files were almost 30MB in size. Even if the site changes I am sure this guide will do its job for a while. And if it does not have an (...) (14 years ago, 5-May-11, to lugnet.cad)
