Well, I havent tried it on a clean machine yet (one without VC++ 2008), but
I have tried it on my main machine, and it seems pretty good overall.
I did find a few minor problems.
- Every time you browse for LDView.exe, it automatically checks the check box next to LDGLite is installed.
- The scale settings have 2 decimal places in the UI, but only save one decimal place. For example, if you enter .75, it gets rounded down to 0.70. I think two decimal places would be better than 1, but if you want 1 you should change it to only display 1.

This has been fixed.

- The mere act of hitting OK on Preferences (without having changed anything) clears the image caches. I like the fact that it clears them when the renderer is changed, but it would be nice if it recognized when this happens (default renderer changed, or path to default renderer changed).
