Hi Jaco,
Thanks so much for the entheusiastic response to LPub 4!
I theory, if you place your cursor over a step in the callout, then right
click, a popup menu should appear. One of the menu items is either: "Display as
rows", or "Display as columns", last time I tried this it worked fine.
