 | | Need for sample models
Hello all, I've been busy with the final stages of the LD4DStudio (www.ld4dstudio.nl) project this weekend. I'm currently looking into making some sample projects. But I'm not too much of a LDraw model designer. So I was wondering if some of you (...) (19 years ago, 6-Apr-08, to lugnet.cad)

Thanks to all of Kevin's help I finally have my first fairly decent set of instructions for one of my MOC's. This was a lot of work but hopefully it means the next time I do this it won't take nearly as long. (URL) -Eric (19 years ago, 3-Apr-08, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) <snip> (...) LDraw files don't do to well in FTX, so I'm reposting. LPub 4.0 currently renders the building instructions for that submodel twice. It is not smart enough to see the two in the same step and merge them together. I've found that (...) (19 years ago, 3-Apr-08, to lugnet.cad)

 | | LPub Issue

I am a long time user of LDraw, MLCad, and POV but have just started trying to get LPub to work. I am almost there except I can't seem to be able to fix one issue. I have a submodel that I use twice in the main model. It seems that part of LPub is (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-08, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) Mathematics to use 1-8tdisk is easy, divide the width by 0.707 and height by 0.293 (1-(sqrt(2)/2) to get size of the tdisk. Move the center accordingly. Yes I have used that trick several times, using regular disc/ndis primitives, inlining (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-08, to lugnet.cad)
