(...) This is actually an L3P bug. If you create a DAT with a single part in it and run it through L3P, you get the part in grey, no matter what the color of the part really is. Work around? Well, VPC hosed my Pismo (Disk First Aid reports a "missing thread something or other"), so while I am backing up more files before I wipe the drive tomorrow I decided to test MBC (and LDV) on my PB 1400c. (...) Nothing comes to mind right away except maybe the png and zlib header files in the ldglite zip file might conflict with whatever versions you've actually got installed. (...) I think for quick and dirty patterns, this is a fine approach. It works best with patterns that are monochromatic, I think. For things like minifig torsos it may not work as well as sitting down and figuring out the polygons would. Plus, as (...) (21 years ago, 28-May-03, to lugnet.cad)
