(...) HTML can handle anything. So can HTTP, but of the characters listed above, I think it is only '-' and '_' which don't need special treatment. The next level of problems is that the parts tracker is implemented in Perl and running on a Unix (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) That's looking from the manufacturer's point of wiev. I prefer to look at LDrawing from the builder's. When there are TLG part numbers available, of course they should be used. Why not have the oldest version 'a' and the newer version 'b', etc. The window frame and the glass are actually two seperate parts, glued together. When making the glassed (...) If you look closely at Classic Windows, you'll find that there are diffeences in many details. See (URL) for the details I have found. See suggested 27a.dat, 27b.dat, and 27c.dat (recently posted). OK, the files for the 12L hose are on the Parts Tracker. Start at (URL) to get the main file, it references the subfiles. This brings up a point (which has probably been brought up before): is there a better way to number part subfiles (like x757, (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad)

I have to question calling any of these an "axle joiner". They bear no resemblance in appearance or function to the basic Technic Axle Joiner 6538, which is actually designed to join two axles together rigidly. None of these "axle joiner (...)
