| | Technic Liftarm 1 x 9 Bent Type 2 [DAT]

Hi all, I have done the new version of the Technic Liftarm 1 x 9, with different arm lengths from the older type (6629.DAT). It came with the R2D2 Droid Development Kit, and I cannot find a number on it so I called it 572, since the other type had (...) (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Yeah! That's EXACTLY the problem I'm having! The transport door is one big dat file and since MLCad wants to rotate on the center of the box and doesn't actually give me a choice to move where it wants to roate elsewhere. Kya (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Just Wondering, does anyone have or know where I can find a .dat of the Hydronauts sub cockpit piece (the one that holds the 6x6 octa-dome window). If anyone knows, please LMK! Jeremiah VanderMark (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

| | Word for Win LDraw parts reference??

Some time ago, I had downloaded a copy of an LDraw parts ref. in Word format. After a particularly STUPID operator error, I inadvertently deleted it. Does anyone have the link for me to download it again?? Thanx! Eric (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Expanding on what Jeremy wrote, the <0 0 0> point for pieces has been the subject of much discussion. Part of the reason things seem so odd in MLCAD is that MLCAD rotates on the center of the bounding box, not on the <0 0 0> point. Steve (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) It's actually pretty simple, once you get the hang of using a couple of tricks. First of all, you want to *visually* define 0,0,0 in your submodel. To this end, insert a 3070.DAT (1x1 tile) located at 0,0,0; its top surface is centered upon (...) (25 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
