Does anyone know of any good Lego computer programs to help me create
building instructions for my F-16 and my other mocs? Because of requests I
have received on Bricklink.com and Flickr.com, I am going to be selling my mocs as kits (complete with all parts and instructions) on my website that I am currently creating.

I heard about Ldraw, but I was having trouble with it the last time I attempted a download. If there is a better program, I would appreciate any suggestions.

I think the Ldraw tools are about the only way to go. I’m sure you’ve seen this page, but it should guide you safely through installing everything needed on your computer:

You can use MLCad to build your model and then use LPub to create an instruction of it. This Tutorial here might also help you:

Also, if you want to get in depth about it, I can highly recommend the book “Virtual Lego” by Tim Courtney, Steve Bliss and Ahui Herrera whom you might’ve come across before on Lugnet. I hope they won’t mind me advertising their book ;) The book also comes with a CD-Rom with the required tools, so you don’t even need to download them, although there are newer versions of some of the tools available by now. But as to your actual question: I haven’t heard of any other programs which will help you make instructions of that quality that easily.
