Jot that down as another d'oh from me (and it's not even noon yet). I meant
"greebles". :-,
Greebles are all the tiny little pieces of stuff that model makers put on
spaceships, etc. to give the illusion of detail from a distance. An example
would be the little knobby things on the surface of the Death Star which
were really yanked from old car and airplane models. Using them effectively
is really a balance between using too many, which gives a cluttered look,
and too few, which kinda defeats the purpose.

| Oh ok, ya , this is important, adding detail or grabbing your eye is somthing I study, each part of the design should allow the eye to transition from one area to the next still maintaining the overall impression, detail of course should add not (...)
