Ah, so you are the one responsible for Bigs Herc bay? Excellent work!

Although i am certain that this group will always accept mecha/mechs in any
form, i think that many who build lego mechanized walkers tend to go with mecha,
which means the majority of those who actually post about them have a preference
to mecha. I myself began by building mechs from the mechwarrior series, then
began building mecha (which i had an ardent distaste for earlier). However, i
would prefer to see a nice Warhammer or Timberwolf than a Gundam myself :D

I really wouldn't say that the group looks down upon those who do their models
virtually. Primus Bus (in my opinion) is a well-known and respected builder and
he does alot of his building virtually. I think its just that A.) not many
people do their creations primarily in mlcad/ldraw and B) an actual physical
model is (again, in my opinon) downright more aesthetic then a computer
generated model.

| As a builder myself I have an issue with the concept of this group focusing on the Japanese "MECHA" concept. In brief, I dont do designs of this type.
