No, why do you say that?  You can always build one in 8448 scale.  At
that scale, you can incorporate even more details!  ;-)

And I could use some of those nice low profile 3 spoked silver wheels (which I
don't have any of).  I wonder why LEGO makes so few low profile wheels?  They
do so much to make a car look fast...
The problem with bigger scales is that you have to incorporate even more
detail...to the point where it becomes just as hard to fit :)  I'm not sure I
have the Technic capabilities to do such a large model... I have, however,
skinned an 8880 (which became too heavy to roll around in anything but neutral
without making those aweful gear slip noises)

The interior details are very nice.  When I come to the interior, I'm
normally so bored with the model that I simply add a couple of seats
and that's that...

Thanks!  I seem to build cars rather strangly...I invariably start by building
the front spoiler, and work toward the front steering.  Then I build about half
of the floor pan and build up the dashboard, drive shaft (which in this case
contains the micromotor for steering), and door sills.  Then I added the motor,
and differential.  I built the taillights and other rear detail separately,
attached them to the back, and then connected the two sections with the wheel
wells, false engine, and roof.  Somewhere in there I built the doors.  So the
only thing left for the interior was the seats...at which point I didn't feel
like experimenting too much, so I stole the design from the Shell Ferrari promo
set (which also donated a few parts to the model).  So where you just add
seats...I almost added everything but seats :)
