I don't know for sure, but I'd bet on:
-grey brick packs
-a 6097 (or two or three, or eighteen) on clearance from kbkids.com
Any number of 6097s will supply you with the cool arched windows, as well as
grey arches; also I think it has a few 6xN plates but I'm not sure. Of course,
the 6097 has lots of grey bricks; for $40 (the current price in KB stores and
in kbkids.com) it's a great deal. And grey brick packs would make up for what
lacks.
Again, I'm not totally positive on this; but that's my first and foremost
reaction.
