I'm homeschool 2 children who own LOTS of legos. We're studying various structures (i.e. castles, pyramids, skyscrapers and buildings in general). My latest addition to my Aquazone city is the Mayor's Villa. It is patterned after Andrea Palladio's Villa Rotunda. Of course, it required modification to survive under water! Well, I decided to give up on the shoulder boosters and the huge shield and just post my latest gundam as is. It's 15.5" tall, and very stable, even more so than my Zaku (which was only 12" tall). Yeah, that's how my Mirage's and Striker's legs are mounted too... Hmmm... But anyways, the first person I saw that used that click-hinge combination was Mark Sandlin in his wonderful *"Juggernaut" model, although I might be mistaken... (...) run. (...) Thanks Jay! Yeah, definitely by limiting yourself to using specific pieces and only a couple of colours you really start thinking more about how you want to use each piece. The problem with cams like that where the outputs are fixed to the cam is if you have more than one output, they bash into each other before you have turned (...)
