  The Un-Vigs

I was thinking about the whole concept of vignettes, and, as much as I like them, I felt the need to be contrary ;). So I made two vigs of the most boring sort possible, and while that is true, they are also still pretty funny. Behold! The Un-Vigs! (...)   Re: The Brick Testament - The Teachings of Jesus

(...) That's kind of a startling image, to think that all my LEGO characters, from Adam & Eve to Jesus to GW Bush have all had John Candy proportions, but in some ways it seems right too. Actually, the strange thing about the minifig's girth is that (...) (18 years ago, 19-Jul-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Three military vehicles

(...) I'm glad you like it. (...) I missed the fact that there are two 'figs in the turret. Knowing that, I think you've done an excellent job. Just remember that panels are useful in so many different orientations... Jonesy tought me that. -Duane (18 years ago, 19-Jul-06, to lugnet.build.military)

Marc, Good to see you online, thanks for your comments! (...)   Re: The Brick Testament - The Teachings of Jesus

--SNIP-- (...) Here is where you get into the fat minifigs vs short minifigs debate. I like to assume my figs are about six foot tall and built like John Candy. As such 5 studs = 6'.
