Hi Erin, The 'water' was just a piece of blue poster board over which I placed a 2' x 4' fluorescent light panel. There are several styles of panels available, but the pebbled finish looks the best for Lego boats. It's the same water I used when (...) (25 years ago, 23-Nov-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

Hi Hari, Thanks. For the flying shots, I just used a piece of fishing line strategically placed to balance the model in the proper position. Occasionally they do seem too tight and will separate from the model like they do in some of the official LEGO models but when secured tightly like they are on the SnowSpeeder wings and the (...) That is one, cool model, Eric. Those click-hinges look like they work real well for that type of thing, it makes it very posable as you mentioned.
