Here is a rear & passenger side view of my new Fire engine MOC. This engine is modeled after a fire engine my local fire department has, and has a crew of 3 (while most of mine have a crew of 2). Wow, these are really cool! You obviously have way more LEGO bricks than I do; I'm jealous :) I especially like the big red one present in 'crunch1.jpg' - that's a phenomenal amount of detail. Thanks! My mom currently has possession of 2/3 of my lego sets so mostly what I have to work with is Technic and Model Team pieces, hence the predominant beams-and-pins design of my big mech. Hey Eric it's good to have a new mecha builder in the group. I can't do Lcad anything so I'm always impressed by Lcad mechas. The biggest one looks like a good combination of mecha ideas. Hi Eric, That is a REALLY big model. I think that the dome seems "round" enough. The scale is so big that the bricks seem to melt into a continuous sheet. (...) I think the point was the availability of orange pieces. Orange isn't as widely available as green for instance. It makes building a challenge when a rare color is featured prominently. Yes the mirage is quite incredible I think. I hadn't seen it yet till the other day and I almost fell off my chair when I did! The only thing though, The ankle joint doesn't look to be very strong at all ( two click hinges?! ) So I'm wondering if it (...) (23 years ago, 6-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Ok, I just saw this on Brickshelf! Heres what I like about Azriel. The Feet are unussual. The legs are different. The Hands are a unique design. The Arm/Solder Missle pods are way cool. The piolot that "Slides out" is awesome. The colors are a (...) (23 years ago, 5-Jul-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
