Enjoy!

Aw, dagnabit! I wanted to squeeze the horse pull harness part into my last
mech, but couldn't pull it off.

I had tried to use them on the legs, but it just didn't look quite right.
They worked out good enough as wings, I think :)

This looks great, Adrian, and a spectacluar first origami. He's got a good,
thin look, something I'm havng a hard time pulling off myself.

I had no choice with the thin look, I didn't have that many orange pieces!
However, it does give it a lithe, athletic look.

Are the shoulder and hip joints just 1X1 plates with clips on 1X2 plates
with handles? Do you find this overly fragile?

The shoulder joints are, and yes, they are pretty fragile.  The hips are 2
of the 1x4 hinge plates, and 1 1x5 finger hinge plate.

I also have got to get me some of them 2X2 domes...I particularly like where
you have used it for the head...a new use, I think.

I've seen other designs for the single eye, but I think this works out well,
and is very simple too.  Let me tell you though, it was a real trick to
figure out how to mount a 1 brick thick head onto a 2x2 turntable without
being able to use a 1x2 plate with single stud.

There are some great orange models on the Zizy page from Japan
(http://www1.linkclub.or.jp/~zizy/index.html), if you want to compare
similarly colored models.

Those are some nifty little mecha. The page made me very very glad I have
DSL though!

Good work!

Thanks!

Matt

Adrian
