Thanks for raising those last points about "show[ing] genuine concern for
someone giving it up, and then getting slammed for it." And "[r]ealize
that people come here for a variety of reasons and with various backgrounds."
Indeed, the joke was clever and funny, and now I know more about this
Admiral guy than I wanted... but the additional comments were what ruined it
IMO! However, I still enjoy April fools, and jokes are cool with me as long
as nobody looses an arm.
