OK, it sounds like it's premature to use the really-specific groups. So
just use lugnet.loc.us.ny then, and ignore its subgroups.
Someday, of course, since NYC is so freakin' huge and it takes so long to
get from one side to the other by car (ha), they'll all make sense, right?

Hmm, then what are they a part of?
Are they at least a part of NYC as much as San Jose is a part of San
Francisco, or as much as Long Beach is a part of Los Angeles?
