Todd, I think you may have broken NYC down too much. You could probably
condense Bronx (The Bronx), Kings (which is the borough of Brooklyn but you use
the county name), Manhattan Island, Queens and Staten Island (which is Richmond
County but you use the burrough name) into Metro NYC.
In addition, Suffolk, Yonkers and Nassau are not part of NYC. Suffolk and
Nassau could be combined into Long Island. Yonkers is best left to itself :')
Anyway, just some thoughts

| (...) OK, it sounds like it's premature to use the really-specific groups. So just use lugnet.loc.us.ny then, and ignore its subgroups. Someday, of course, since NYC is so freakin' huge and it takes so long to get from one side to the other by car (...) (26 years ago, 26-Mar-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
