Yup!

The reason I didn't upgrade it the other day is because I've got a new
header module in the works that does the color bands based on the subdomain
(news, guide, members, gallery, etc.) -- rather than being hard-coded to
blue and kludged to another color in the set guide -- and I figured I'd
just change it on the traffic page when that code is ready to be deployed
on the other pages.
