  Classified ad haul

I've had an ad in the local free ad paper for a while, saying I want to buy Lego. The first two people who called me wanted way too much money for what they had (close to new prices for bricks from sets with no isntructions, no boxes, etc) but the (...)   Re: TLG investigation

(...) NOTE, however, that if TLG sold more parts packs, or sold in bulk, our total dollar purchases *DIRECTLY TO TLG, rather than third parties* would increase an enormous amount. AFOL purchases would become a larger percentage of total sales. I'd (...) (26 years ago, 19-Feb-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) No, it's made from a bunch of little bricks. <bah dump-bump> Sorry but I could not resist. Actually, in the MR hobby, dry transfer lettering is used a lot as well if there are no ready made decals available. Sounds like Robin is talking about (...) [moved here from lugnet.publish] (...) I decided I couldn't bear to suffer through the indecision of an April Fool's Day three years in a row.
