  Re: Question about Java3D

(...) Hi Orion. I've been lurking here awhile and I've seen the stuff you've done for LDraw. I'm glad I can finally answer a question or two. While I do work for Sun, I don't work in the group that does Java3D, however I do know some of the (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Will the real mechsters please stand up

.mecha, home to the few and land of the seldom. We can change that. I am working on attaching the shoulder joints to the central body of my new mecha. I'm using turntables and the body frame is like that of the Rizmit. (so far) White and Dark Grey (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Hello Ben, I don't want to interfere between you and Jake. This post is only about some of the things you said about Lego and LEGO. It's not about any other considerations. First i would like to express my solidarity to you. I fully understand you (...) (21 years ago, 12-May-04, to lugnet.color)

(...) Why do you keep telling me to get a large cup full. I'm going to Legoland. It's sold by the pound. :-) I think it's highly unlikely the retail pick-a-bricks will have small parts like 1x1 on sale by volume. I will get you a reasonable amount. (...) The plate-modifieds for starters... 1x1 plate with clips (all three kinds), 1x2 plates with handles, with rods, with offset studs 1x2 tile with rod, 1x2 tile with one stud (...)   Re: Top secret project - we need your help

Hey Jake, This seems like it could lead to some very cool things in the future. I did the survey with no problems just a few minutes ago. A few comments: First, why doesn't TLC just run an online PaB store? I live 8 hours away from the nearest PaB, (...) (21 years ago, 12-May-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.color, FTX)

Like! and then you either stop a few inches short, or things start to go *really* bad (remember the "Absolutely Great New (...) (21 years ago, 12-May-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.color)

(...) Baring a complete change of selection, or not being able to make it back, this will be no prolem. The only frustrating thing is the lack of 1x1s in tan. They have lots of all the other lenghts. In 2 by it goes from by 2 to 6. Jeff and I have (...) (21 years ago, 29-Apr-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

OK, I did the best I can with the pics. While I can't get the overall tint of the pics to match real life, I think they show the multiple shades well enough. I brightened them a bit to get them closer to real life, but brightened the entire pic, I (...) (21 years ago, 11-May-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general, lugnet.color)
